The valet staff is the first and last impression of every guest. PVS employees are trained and educated to assist customers in all facets of your property. Our objective is to create a courteous, professional, and safe atmosphere for everyone who enters or exits your facility.

Professional Valet Services trains every employee to handle every situation in an efficient and professional manner. Every employee hired by Professional Valet is trained by a field manager for sixteen hours; after training is complete they are sent to a class room course which is also administered by field manager. New employees are required to pass an entry exam after training is complete in order to join our team. We have an annual check on all motor vehicle records for all employees. This allows us to hire and maintain the safest drivers.

We provide our valet team with professional uniforms, state of the art valet equipment and custom signage. Our employees maintain strict grooming standards that comply with best practice customer service standards.

Professional Valet Service carries five million dollars in General Liability coverage.

All claims are handled by a trained claims investigator. Every incident, accident, or mishap is handled efficiently at our own expense.

We have strict guidelines that involve key placement within the lockable key podium/key box.
